As we navigate the everchanging COVID-19 situation together, Bojangles is continuing to prioritize your health and safety as well as that of our team members. Working together is exactly how we’ll get through this challenge!
We wanted to update you on how we’re continuing to take additional measures to protect your safety. We’re regularly evaluating the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and updating our operating procedures. Our team members are wearing masks and gloves and reinforcing our standard procedures on restaurant cleanliness, including thorough handwashing and extensive sanitation measures. All our team members must complete a health assessment prior to beginning each shift, and we are strictly prohibiting sick employees from reporting to work. Additionally, we’ve installed plexiglass shields in our drive-thrus. Many of these efforts began in mid-March when we proactively closed our dining rooms throughout our system.
None of this will change as we thoughtfully consider reopening our dining rooms in states that are lifting stay-at-home orders across our footprint. In fact, we’ll be taking additional measures to keep you and our team members safe.
To show our appreciation for those on the frontline of the crisis, we announced recently that healthcare workers, first responders, and law enforcement personnel can receive any size of our Legendary Iced Tea® for free now through National Iced Tea Day on June 10 at participating locations. It’s just one, sweet way we can thank these most essential heroes.
Our restaurants – both company-owned and franchised locations – are finding unique ways in which they can serve their communities, showcasing our Southern hospitality. From providing 500 free kids' meals to those in need in Georgia to partnering with Carolina Panther Shaq Thompson to provide 1,200 meals to healthcare workers in North Carolina and more, our food is finding its way to the people who need it.
Regardless of where you live in our region, we remain open to help you feed your family with our delicious one-of-a-kind Southern menu whether that’s through drive-thru, takeout, or delivery as available. We look forward to serving you soon – stay safe and well!
March 17, 2020At Bojangles, our priority will always be the health and safety of our team members and customers. We wanted to give you an update on our plans to ensure the well-being of everyone involved in our restaurants.
As additional precautionary measures and in an effort to protect the communities we serve, we are taking the following steps:
We welcome you to continue to enjoy our delicious Southern food through our drive-thru, takeout, and delivery, and want you to know we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety. We will keep you updated as plans evolve and appreciate your continued trust and support of Bojangles.
